INTERNATIONAL LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Your SKAGEN DENMARK® watch is protected by an International Limited Lifetime Warranty under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Warranty covers defects due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use.
This warranty does not cover:
Our dealers and service centers are always at your disposal for warranted or non-warranted repairs, the latter done at an appropriate charge. If work is done under the warranty, the SKAGEN DENMARK dealer or service center may charge for postage and handling. Repairs in the U.S. Components covered under the warranty will be repaired, or the watch will be replaced, at the sole discretion of Metro Service Center, free of repair charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. An $8.50 return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.
If the problem you are having with your watch is not covered by our warranty, the service and repair charges are as follows:

Your SKAGEN DENMARK jewelry has been subjected to a series of quality tests at every stage of the manufacturing process. It is guaranteed for one year to be free from any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship, subject to normal use.
The SKAGEN DENMARK jewelry warranty does not cover:
For all warranty related service an $8.50 return shipping and handling fee will apply. Once your product is inspected and a defect is found due to manufacturer's workmanship, we will replace your product with the same style or an equivalent style of equal value based on the purchase price. At this time, the service center will not repair damaged jewelry products, we will replace them if the conditions of this warranty are met.
Should service be required, please send your jewelry, a copy of your sales receipt, a completed Repair Form (CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD FORM), and payment to:
